UPDATE (April 7, 2025):

The Court has ordered that the deadline to submit claims for Individual Settlement Class Members who request information about their drug purchases from Walgreens on or before April 12, 2025, has been extended to June 16, 2025. For all other members of the Settlement Class, the claims filing deadline remains April 17, 2025. You can review the Order by clicking here.
